6 Month Coordination 

You've started planning your wedding and you need a planner to come on board to help you the rest of the way!

We've got you! With this service we review what you have planned thus far and assist with the remaining areas that you need help with.

• Initial phone meeting to discuss details & vision and create a tasklist timeline for the remaining months

• 6 months of hands-on support

• Monthly meetings and unlimited contact with me via email and phone

• Review of theme/vision and assist with design completion

• Assistance with vendor research and recommendations

• Site visits of ceremony & reception venue

• Creation of wedding day timeline & floor plan assistance 

• Introductory email to all vendors to confirm final details & logistics. 

• Point of contact for family, guests & vendors on wedding day 

• Site visits of ceremony & reception venue

• Working with and supervising the vendor team to ensure smooth setup of all décor elements on day of.

•  1 hour wedding rehearsal management 

• Wedding decor set-up & tear down assistance 

•  1 certified wedding planner and assistant on-site day of wedding

• Use of emergency kit 

• Complimentary use of our table numbers, cake cutter set and money box
